In my shop one of the guys is putting together a RB26, I think he is selling it... He will be running a modded Vinny Ten VQ....

Whats up jun long time, well my car is done hpefully I can make a meet one of these days I have been in school and graduate in may so this last year for me has been crazy. I fully built the z sleeves did all the head work fully port and polish cams 268 tomei I have DTA standalone I haven't boosted over 650 just because iam in school cant have a chance with disaster (no time to mess with the car). May Ill go for the gusto. The skyline powered 350z roaming in miami we built it. RUNS HARD 700+. Ill try to talk to the owner so he can bring it out to the meet sometime. |

I know the guy too, small world LOL (i guess not really small world since we all have the same car chances are we all know each other  )
There is a meet this Saturday April 1st in Broward, you Miami peeps should try to make it.

Does anybody here have the partslist for the RB26DETT swap to a VQ 350Z engine. I have the tranny and the RB26 already., Engine mount and oil pan is done, where do I start from here? I'm running twin turbo's and will use my OS giken 2plate race clutch and light flywheel. What else should I prep? Anyhelp will do. Thanks a bunch

hey guys i was just curious and have a question. My VQ motor is about shot and i am looking into the rb25DET or the rb26DETT motors. My quesion is, will they bolt up to my 03 350??
and if so which one would be better and how come these things only make barely 300 hp?? someone told me was a fast motor..and guess i might have to upgrade the turbo???
so let me know so i can make my purchase  |

So sorry to butt in but I'm new to the forum thing and I dont know how to start a new one but I need help. I just installed Invidia test pipes and I don't mind the larger volume from my injen exhaust or the ever so slight power diff. But........at high rpms I get this paper In the wind sound and the same at low rpm when I let the engine roll down from high rpms without clutching. Please tell me what this noise Is and is It a prob
