I would suggest having a shop install it. It will cost a little more than doing it yourself but a good shop will wrap the corners so the film lines are not visible except on the hood if you do like half the hood. You don't want to see where the film ends and the paint begins all over the place. It detracts from the look of the car. Make sure they wrap the edges so it goes around them and not just stops at them. It will look much better. If you do the front bumper and half your hood it will probably run you about $600 or $700.
