there are very little issues/problems with the 04 Zs. ANd if there is, it's easily fixed. At 100k miles, all the fluids will need to be changed, rotors are probly done if there still the original rotors, drive belts, spark plugs/coils.
possible issues are
-Window issue-replace with new window motor for $140
-Tire feathering-alignment get toe adjusted $140 for lifetime alignment from firestone
-axle click-axles may need to be replaced or lubed
