Yea, I think they got it. Steve can you confirm? Will it be at the rally this weekend?

Ken Roth got his last week, but he has not shown up for an event in many years. Don and Joyce did not have theirs as of earlier this week but I hear they are "out of town for a few days" so I am thinking we may get a surprise. And Jim won't get his until October at the earliest, just about in time to put it away for the winter, lol.

Just wondering--would anyone be interested in taking a Z-cruise through Amish Country this fall? Maybe in October we could get something set up ?

For sure. ZROC doesn't have much planned for October, although one of the members was talking about a cruise south to the river. Wrong direction for you though. I have joined a few NE Ohio 350's on an Amish cruise, starting just south of 76 near some Canal Park or something? Headed south from there, through Orrville and Loudonville and some state park - was pretty scenic. Could probably line a few of the old gang up for that. Keep us posted?

The GT-R did not make the rally - they picked it up Monday and are back in town. Jim got a ride Tuesday, I've been too busy to get over there, maybe tomorrow after golf. Pics after I do.

Cool. How did the rally go? Gregg was talking about getting together for the USC game. Any developments on that front?

I'm staying OUT of club events - there are too many fingers in the pie already. Anyway, I think Gregg was just talking in general about tailgating somewhere before a home game. I think I mentioned that idea in the last newsletter - good chance to get together and show off the cars.
Rally went pretty well - had a couple of mistakes in directions but had 17 cars run so not a bad turnout. You in for Sunday the 14th for Bob's run?

Tenative DYNO day-Saturday, Sept 20th at Pickups Plus in Lewis Center on 23 North. If we have at lesat 15 cars the cost will be $55 per car. If we have between 15 to 20 the price goes down to $50 per car. These rates are for a basic 3 pulls. They can also log air/fuel and boost for anyone that wants it for an additional $15 (covers the cost of installing the wideband and teeing in the boost). Each participant will receive their own dyno chart which would show SAE corrected (barometric weather correction so that a run in warmer weather could be compared to a run in say November when it is cooler out. These are also stored in the company's computer for later comparisons. This is good for anyone who hasn't done much in the way of mods to your car but are looking to that in the future. This would be a great opportunity for the club to get together and watch some OSU Buckeyes against Troy University on that day looking at around a 9 AM start time. The owner of Pickup Plus said he would close the store that day and open up the back lot and we could bring in food, a portable TV with extension cord/generator and our club tent and make a fun day of it!
Mustang AWD dyno, roll on/roll off. Gregg needs commitments in order to get this set up
so if anyone is interested let him or me know. Open to all, come on out and meet ZROC. Details and contact info on the web:

Me. Thats all I know for sure. Bob will be riding seat cover - he wrecked the 240 on Saturday while scouting the cruise. Guess the bird will be staying home this trip. I assume the Board will be present, including the intro of the GT-R. Woot!! No Dustin, he is wimping out after someone dinged his rear bumper and left. Told him he was out of the running for member of the Year, lol. Last I heard, Kevin & Gina were coming. Have not heard from anyone else. Should be the usual 20-25 though, it's always well attended.

Yep, we're in. Although Bob's experience has me nervous. I assume he's OK since he is still attending. The car?

Car has suspension damage and the front air dam was torn off. bob and Karen are fine, no word on Koki, who I assume was along for the ride. Tow truck driver had to be wondering about THAT, lol. Weather forecast is a lot of rain all weekend, hope they are wrong. Not sure if Don will bring the GT-R out in the rain, although the AWD would be a plus and he doesn't care if gets dirty. Regardless, its time to ratchet back on the tempo a bit; not been a great year for ZROC.
