Hey Beer Googles!

I thought I saw that you work for an RC rag somewhere around the forum.

Kick ass!

Had a savage and still have my Mugen MBX4 w/ a RB S7, pipe and bunch of other mods. Too much fun.

Going to sell the MBX and go back to the new savages, something about launching 10lbs of mud slinging truck around a track is too cool (somehow more fun than a buggy)

Great hobby
Great fun
Kick ass job!

3 FIFTY Z is an unknown quantity at this point
OOO OO i love it.

I have a CEN CT4-S, WRC version 7 STi (bugeye years).

AWD, adjustable suspension, 2 speed w/ adjustable shifting, slicks, the whole nine yards.

Tops out at 73.4 MPH. Highest I've had it is about 65 judging by a radar we bummed from the cop telling us to leave the parking lot we were doing it in (was a cool guy). After that speed, I haven't had a long enough space with suitable environment to keep control of the car. We're trying to get out to the county airport on a Sunday and see what we can do, but winter is coming and it's temporarily RWD. I snapped the belt connecting the front wheels to the rear belts while doing donuts. So right now the rear wheels won't even hook up for traction when I get on it.

I can't wait on my new belts to come in, accompanied by just one warm Sunday so I can get it on the runway and see what it can do.

It's a sweet hobby. It can get a little expensive, but it's worth it.

Yeah it is!
I was pretty amazed at the hobby when i first started, adjustable everything is too cool. Within no time I was replacing the fluid in my shocks, springs, brakes, swapping wheels, tires, intakes blah blah too much fun

The best is when new people check it out, they all think its little RC cars running around and then they see the mayhem, air and speed these things put out! (and noise)

I snapped my rear dogbones on my Savage very early, before I upgraded from the stock ones... I was FWD in the mud (took me a sec to realize what happened). That sucks, I know what your saying!

On my track the fastest I got my buggy was probably in the 40's~ on the long straight, by that time most 1/10th scales had to jam on the brakes to slide around the first turn or sail about 20ft off the track
