Rest in Peace AJ. 350z accident last night.
My best friend, AJ, died last night in a horrible car accident. He was the driver of a 2003 Nissan 350z Touring and it is believed that he was running from a cop at around 130mph when hitting another vehicle after blowing a stoplight. The Z was in flames 20ft high, however AJ was thrown 10 feet from the car. The paramedics said he had a pulse and was breathing but a short while later at the hospital we were told that he had died. I want to personally let you guys know that the cars you own are very powerful, do not take advantage of them. He made a stupid decision and now he has to deal with the consequences....with god. I am not looking for a response I just wanted all to know that another fellow Z owner was lost last night.
Thanks all,
Faizal V.

Straight up keep the dumbass comments to yourselves. The other driver is believed to be alive. He killed himself, no more unwanted comments please. Dont make it any harder than it already is.

Dumbass comments? This is like you saying it's sad that the Columbine killers died in the end. Or the 9/11 terrorist pilots who died in the end. Driving 130mph on public streets is like shooting a loaded gun into a football stadium.. eventually you're going to hit someone. I feel for YOUR loss - but not the loss of him. Some idiot just like this killed my friend's parents and sister by racing through a red light at over 100mph. I've seen what this does to the families of the bystanders.

Well considering the situation, the comments are inevitable. 130 mph while running from a cop and blowing a red light? Why?
My condolences on the loss of your friend.

Sorry to hear that bro... Losting someone that is very close to you no matter what the reason why his life was lost sucks very bad. I feel of you.
You are right, the cars we drive a very powerful, and sometimes when I drive I feel like I have complete control when that isn't true, anything can happen when driving at those speeds.
This is the second person I'm hearing about in a couple of days, people be careful. I really don't want to come on this board after this holiday weekend and find out that other people will not be on because of car crashes. I said it before holiday weekend people... Watch the roads.
Once again I feel for you, sorry for you loss.

We have several pictures of the accident, I may be able to get some of his car before the accident. We have videos that we made a few nights ago. Some good races and some nice drifts. He loved to drift, that was one thing no one could beat him at. He could control that car like nothing else, one stupid choice and he is gone now. He died doing what he did best. He loved cars, loved to drive fast, loved to race.

The holiday season is one of the most dangerous times of the year to be on the road. Watch yourselves out there and slow it down, please. 06 Extc, I understand you want people to keep comments to themselves, but when you post on a public forum like this it is assumed that you expect comments and that is the only reason you post! Don't get me wrong, this is another terrible tragedy. Sorry to hear about your friend, but if he was running from the cops then it was inevitable. If you don't want people to comment, you are just ignoring the causal factors behind his terrible death. We need to comment on things like this so hopefully his death isn't in vain, and the younger folks on here can realize that running from the po-po is not the way to enjoy your Z, or any high performance car for that matter.

I understand what you are saying, but certain people on this forum can't go around caling him an idiot when first off they DONT EVEN KNOW HIM. I guarantee he would have gained your friendship in any way possible. He was the kind of person that people NEEDED in their lives. Sure he made stupid choices, but his positives outweighed everything.
